Mr. Walton:
I just wanted to contact you to say how much my wife, Pauline, and I appreciate the efforts that Ms. Chey Benton has put forward on our behalf over the past few years. Just yesterday, we were notified by INS that our applicatons for permanent residency status have been approved. Ms. Benton gave us excellent direction throughout this complex process. She was always there to patiently answers questions and give sound advice. She took great care to ensure that things were done properly - beginning with the Labor Certification process through to yesterday's official notification of change of status approval.
Ms. Benton was a true professional throughout - and we commend her greatly.

Dear Ms. Benton:
Over the past 3 years my wife ad I have had the pleasure of working with Chey Benton of your associate company, immspec.com.
As you are aware, Suzanne and I have finally received permanent residency status in the United States. A Process that from our standpoint is both long and arduous. Your help, guidance and patience over the past 3 years, in leading us step by step through the Bureaucracy has been valuable.
Without your assistance it is our firm belief we would still be either languishing in some USCIS office or have given up the whole process in frustration.
Your professionalism, knowledge and understanding of the entire process together with your friendliness and humor during the times of frustration have made the process considerably easier for us to bear.
Many thanks from both of us for your efforts on our behalf.

To the folks at immspec.com:
At 6:50 am, January 4, 2005, I received a call at home from Chey Benton with the good news that the adjustment of status for me and my family had been approved. I was so happy to hear that the long, arduous process from Labor Certification, I-140 petition/approval and adjustment of status was finally over.
It was a difficult journey full of worries as my daughter is fast nearing 21. Thank God for the enactment of the Child Status Protection Act and for a person named Chey who acted as a cheerleader during my frustrations over the agonizing pace of bureaucratic processing. She proved very responsive to all my queries and kept me up-to-date on the status of the paper work and changes in Labor and INS procedures and regulations. I especially like her credo "Always think good thoughts and good things will happen". Sure enough good things did happen and in a few days, my whole family will have our green cards. Throughout my dealings with Chey, I felt like she treated us as not just one of her faceless clients but that she genuinely cared for the successful outcome of this case, as though she has some personal stake in it as well. Proof is that early morning call bearing the good news ...a call anybody would definitely be willing to receive anytime of the day.
In this business with a lot of horror stories about overcharging, exploitation of applicants and providing false expectations, to name a few, immspec.com is in a league of its own. Its secret, the sterling quality of its staff personified by Chey. In fact, I have referred other companies who retained immspec.com too.
This is written straight from the heart as a sign of my sincere appreciation!
Best regards,
Ramon Ramos

Dear Mr. Walton,
It gives us great pleasure to write a few words of commendation for Ms. Chey Benton.
Ms. Benton was our first point of contact at immspec.com in January of 2002, when we first decided to file our I-485 cases with the USCIS. At the time we were struggling to choose between a few reputable law firms/document filing agencies to trust our I-485 cases with. Ms. Benton consulted with us, clearly explaining the entire process in a very professional and charming manner. She put us at ease to ask questions and was very responsive to our needs. Needless to say, we chose immspec.com as the agency to file our ‘Adjustment of Status’ cases for us. Since then, we have had wonderful experiences at several occasions having Ms. Benton as our primary contact at immspec.com. In our opinion, she possesses a high-level of knowledge in her profession and provides her clients with sincere and honest solutions with exceptional customer service skills.
On May 25, 2004 our I-485 cases were approved, without any RFE. It has been our pleasure to do business with her and we wish Ms. Benton continued success in her promising career and the very best in life.
Sincerely,
Brij & Joanna Gulati

Dear Sir:
This is Chadi Awad, I am a staff nurse from Lebanon. I just finished my immigration process and got my green card approvals for me and my family. It was a long process through which your service was helping us a lot. I am writing now to extend my thanks and appreciation to immspec.com services, especially Ms. Amber Deason who was with us for the past two and a half years, supporting and correcting our documents making sure everything was clear and included all required information. I am very glad that I went through that lengthy process with her help. You supported us until the last steps of consulate interview!! It wasn’t to be true without you.
Maybe I will not be able to express how happy I am with your service, so I would just say THANKS A LOT. I advise every single one who wants to go to the USA to get your assistance, you will be of great support.
We received our green cards, I have attached a copy to your attention so that you can add it to our file. Once again we would like to thank your great job. We will always remember that our dream came true with your help and patience.

Dear Sir, Good morning and God’s greetings! I am Mrs. Blossom Pascua, a Filipino RN sponsored by Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Services in California. I was referred to Ms. Amber Deason for assistance in the documentation and processing of my immigrant visa. It all began in the 3rd quarter of 2003, when I received the first instruction from Ms. Amber. From that time on, I’ve been receiving complete and useful information and instructions from her. She really made the entire process easier for me and my family! I am very thankful to be given a chance to work with somebody like her who is so willing and understanding to answer truthfully all my queries. I would say that Ms. Amber Deason is really an asset to immspec.com! Keep up the good work! I know the organization and Ms. Amber have been helping a lot of people like me who wish to realize their dream in America. Surely all of the people you help find a blessing in you. Rest assured that ALL OF YOU are highly APPRECIATED!
On behalf of my family, from the bottom of our hearts we really thank you!!!

Dear Amber,
I apologize for taking so long to send you this letter. I was, as usual, busy with my mom, who is sick. I wanted also to take my time to try to express the gratitude that I feel for Mrs. Kruse and you. The advantage if this delay is that instead of sending you a copy of the stamp on my passport. I am sending you a copy of my green card. I received it a week ago. They said it would take six months but I received it in one month.
Through this letter, I would like to explain why I am so grateful for what you have done for me.
Almost three years ago, I came to know about the green card for nurses. I had just graduated and I vaguely understood that applying for the green card would give me the possibility meanwhile, to stay here, work, and continue to take care of my mom. A few years earlier to that, I filed the I-130 from my mom who became an American citizen, but my priority date was not current and it was taking too long. I could not stay here based on this.
At that point, really not knowing what to do, I did not even know about the existence of the agencies that can help. I entered a law firm to ask the secretary about many information she knew. I met the lawyer in the hallway and he told me about the existence of agencies. So I began searching on the internet. I tried to contact some by phone but I was always getting an answering machine, so I was discouraged ( I never had an answering machine with your agency). When I found your agency on the internet, I wrote an email to Mrs. Kruse, and I received a long response with all the explanations. I was so touched and impressed, because she took all the time to answer my questions, before I even decided to choose your agency. This was it, I made my choice, and of course I never regretted it.
Then I came to work for my papers with you, dear Amber, and you were always so wonderful. By the way, you have a beautiful voice on the phone. During these three years I never worried, because I knew that you were here to help me. I was I was always telling myself, that what I paid was really not too much, thinking of the peace of mind in which lived these three years knowing that you were handling my papers.
You remember when I needed to stop working in the hospital for a while and they were worried because they did not know what the implications of this would be? You talked to them and everything went well. If not for your help, I do not think I will have the green card by now.
Dear Amber, thank you so much. If one day, I come to Oklahoma, I would like to come and see you and give you a big hug. I ask you, if possible, to thank Mrs. Ruse for me.
Sincerely,
Paulette

It is with great confidence that I recommend the professional services of immspec.com.
In 1994 immspec.com took over as exclusive vendor for visa and green card processing for most of the foreign-trained associates employed by Beverly Enterprises, Inc., and their subsidiaries. Their service and knowledge has been extremely helpful to the company.
Over the years, Beverly Enterprises, Inc., and their subsidiaries have hired and continue to hire an increasing number of foreign-trained associates. Immspec.com has continually provided us with excellent customer service and been able to timely process our files while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Additionally, immspec.com has provided to our company information packets and in-house training sessions that outlined each step in the immigration process and kept us up-to-date on constant changes concerning immigration regulations.

I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am for the services you provided for me and my employer, Pacific Clay Products. In the Spring of 2000 you facilitated the acquisition of my H-1B. Since then, I have been working at Pacific, and got married in November of 2001. Last week I received my permanent Resident Alien Card after a year and a half of paper trails. Had it not been for you and your staff, none of this would have been possible.
Again, thank you.

Dear Chris,
my name is George Paltakis and I have used the services of your office
in my pursuit to obtain legal status in the USA in order to work. I
worked with Lola Kruse, Chey Benton and Amber Deason during the past 4
years to achieve this goal. The provision of service and their courtesy
have been exemplary throughout this time. They have helped to answer
questions from the simplest to the most complicated and were extremely
patient and accurate in their explanations. The whole process went
smoothly, my expectations were met or exceeded and overall I would like
to congratulate and thank all the above individuals for the help they
provided. I will be receiving the Green Card in 3 weeks from the
Homeland Security Dept and would definitely recommend your office to
anyone who would like to go through the process. If you have the
facility and would like to do so, please post my comments to your website.
Thank you, George Paltakis

I’m writing this letter to let you know how delighted I am with the services provided by immspec.com over the past couple of years. I have had a significant number of visas to process and I’ve found your company provides some of the best assistance I’ve found so far. Every staff member with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working has provided professional, friendly, economic and efficient service. You provide a true partnership in an area that can often contain a significant amount of detail and confusion.
I look forward to continuing the relationship that my company has developed with immspec.com and would confidently recommend your services without hesitation. I thank each of you for your willingness to work with us in getting things processed quickly and correctly.

Our company has recruited foreign trained professionals for over ten years. We managed our immigration form processing needs internally for most of that time but the administrative burden became too great. After a lot of frustration with other services, and until we started to work with IS about two years ago, we were unable to find an external service provider that we felt would do as thorough a job as we did internally. Our experience with IS is AAA across the board. The people there are knowledgeable, accessible, professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to a long relationship.

I tried something new...but I was put through so many hoops, and at the end, the only thing I had to show for it is spending "megabucks" on those cases that are now being handled by immspec.com.
For the past year or so I have been using their service, which has worked tremendously...they still provide the good old customer service and use the "always reliable" FedEx thing... they have been by far the most professional, and technical savvy group I have used to date.... I really think they are one of the best resources available to complete the H-1B process.

During the last (more than) 2 years, immspec.com has played an indispensable role in our ability to recruit workers from around the world. Due to their professionalism and complete knowledge of the complex immigration process, they have helped our company process over 25 employees. They have successfully and timely handled the H-1B Visa processes for initial entry, change of employer and change of status.
Without the support that immspec.com has provided, The Therapy Resource Center, Inc. would not have been able to survive and compete in this competitive world. In fact, we now view them as a significant member of our team and are extremely pleased to be associated with them. They have been and will continue to be our "one stop provider of choice."

Dear immspec.com:
We received both (green) cards last week. I was quite surprised to see mine but relieved that I didn't have to do anything. Thank you and your staff for all your assistance. I am going to try to convince our friends to move their paperwork...to your office. Even if you can't speed the process it is refreshing to speak to someone that genuinely cares and that has the answers to some of the complicated questions. Hope you have a good year and maybe we'll make it through Broken Arrow and visit you when we finally move from Texas.

Dear immspec.com:
You and your company have helped me a lot. Of course I won't mind having my comment posted on Express Yourself...When I found your website from Yahoo a week ago, I found the "Express Yourself" section and read those comments. To be quite honest, I doubted that they may be coined by the company. Now I understand that all of them are from people like me, who feel very grateful to the help you offered.
I know I have said it many times, but I want to say it again: Thank you. Thank you very much. You are so helpful and your reply is so timely. I wish I could express my grateful to you, but I just can't. You are so great! Thanks!

“As a foreign trained physical therapist from the Netherlands I decided to file for permanent residency one year after arrival in the United States. I was referred to immspec.com by a colleague of mine who received her greencard six months after she started the process. Unfortunately not everyone is as lucky as my colleague and along with many others a long waiting process started due to changes in I.N.S. policies.
Immspec.com has done an outstanding job arranging all required paperwork but most important to me is that still whenever there is a situation in which I feel I need advise concerning my immigration status, the staff of immspec.com is always there to talk to. As I’m still waiting for my adjustment of status to come through, there have been many times when I needed a boost not to give up hope which is exactly what I found calling immspec.com.
As it gets harder and harder to deal with I.N.S. I highly recommend immspec.com for these matters based on their experience and the fact that they care.”

“…everybody at immspec.com is very nice & helpful & they have taken a personal interest in processing all my visa requirements. They have kept me posted about the latest progress & stay on top of everything. I can call them at any time & get my questions answered at all the times. I didn't know anything about processing a Green card & they came to my rescue. Things are going smoothly since then. At first, it was a relationship between a company & a client but now it has become a relationship between two families. I just had a baby boy & they are always asking about him, asking about his development & his pictures etc. I am very satisfied with their service.”

To Anyone Considering Doing Business with Lola and Her Gang,
Four years ago, my wife and I enlisted the services of immspec.com to undertake the task of preparing and submitting all of our H1B and H4 Visa applications. Immspec.com has since handled all of the renewals pertaining to our two Visas.
With one set of renewals done while we where on vacation out of the country, and all of the obstacles that we have come up against as far as the CONSTANT changes made in both the INS rules and regulations, and Lola having changes made within the infrastructure of her own company (and having to re-educate new staff), it really must make you wonder sometimes if it is all worth it. THANK GOD LOLA and HER GANG THINK IT DOES....!!!!
Two years ago we asked Lola to undertake the laborious task of processing our Green card paperwork. I don’t even want to go near that one. Every once in a while we receive paperwork from immspec.com, and we take it down and have this signed and that signed and this notarized and that notarized. We even tried figuring out once what one lot of paperwork was for and gave up on that one. We have been asked by different people why we didn’t use one of those Green card processing kits, and we just laugh. We hear of people all the time that have been "unbelievably" ripped off, and end up giving up on the whole deal. We have even heard of instances where some attorneys have tried charging as much as $10,000.00. THANK GOD LOLA DOESN'T CHARGE THAT MUCH....!!!! (for a better service I might add, too).
This letter may seem inflated to some people, but to people who have had the experience of having to deal with the INS in the past, it may be your way out of never having to directly deal with them ever again. What could be more wonderful....???? I suppose a win in Lotto would - so you can afford to pay YOUR attorney's green card application fee....!!!! THANKS LOLA AND THE GANG - FOR EVERYTHING
Regards,

Dear Mrs. Kruse:
I am a physical therapist…I had filed my green card through your esteemed company and since my priority date became current, proceeded with my Adjustment of Status through immspec.com. My file was handled by Ms. Heidi Martinez and I would like to bring to your kind attention about the service I received. Along with my application I received a business card of Ms. Martinez which stated,
"Your status is our first concern...your personal satisfaction is our primary goal!"
Talk about keeping up a promise, because that is exactly what I received from Ms. Martinez. Right from the beginning she put me at ease and made me comfortable. She was very understanding and compassionate. She responded to my questions and concerns promptly. I usually contacted her via email with my concerns and many a time she replied them even before I could log off from my email. I cannot express in words the amount of reassurance I got from this. She never dismissed any of my questions as redundant (even though they were) and always tried to keep me at ease. I know I paid a lot of money for the service and did not expect anything less, But you should be proud to know that Ms. Martinez went that extra mile to make sure that I got the best treatment.
I just want to congratulate you for having such a wonderful associate and truly believe that she is a great asset to immspec.com.
I must say that I was disappointed for not able to take advantage of the Rush Service which was offered earlier, but I believe that Ms. Martinez did her best to send my papers at the earliest date possible.
I would like to tell you that I am very impressed and pleased with the service provided by Ms. Martinez. Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
